offers its clients the services of a full scale personnel recruiting company with the convenience of a web-based recruiting website. You pay a fee only if we are successful in locating the right person for the job.

The Way it Works
1. Search our database to find the person to fill your requirement. If you can't find the right candidate for the job in our database let us know and we will perform a candidate search.
2.Let us know who you are interested in. We send you a contract for services and non-circumvention agreement. Once we receive a signed agreement from you we proceed to step 3. (For Members, this would only need to be done once.)
3.We then contact the candidate to perform a preliminary interview and determine interest, availability and salary requirements of the candidate.
4.We check references from previous employers.
5.We contact you with the results of our background checks and preliminary interview with the candidate.
6.If you are still interested, we then either set up a telephone interview between you and the candidate or begin the negotiation process. Telephone interviews are to be conducted during conference calls set up by Expat-solutions.com at times agreed to by both the client and the candidate.
7.Once a salary package has been settled upon, we work with you to finalize the candidate's mobilization and send him on his way. We send you our invoice for services.
8.Our fee is due when the candidate mobilizes to the designated work location.

The Fee
Our fee for the provision of recruiting services is based on a percentage of the candidate's agreed to annual salary, excluding other benefits or allowances that may be agreed to. Payment is accepted by direct electronic bank transfer only (to be received on or before mobilization).

Our fees are as follows :
17% of base annual salary (Non - Members)
14% of base annual salary (Members)

Our Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the performance of the candidate during the initial three months of the assignment and wish to de-mobilize him due to reasons detailed in the Agreement, Expat-solutions.com will replace the candidate with another qualified person from our database, or find someone else, at our cost.
