In order to reduce project costs or bring in specialists for international projects, companies will often staff projects with "contract" or "project" personnel. These personnel are usually employed only for the duration of the project. Generally, if the company hires the personnel directly, the company is responsible for providing all of the employee's benefits / cost (i.e. social security, insurance, tax equalization, visas, work permits, housing, home leave, bonuses, meals, etc.). In addition to the cost of providing such benefits it is also an added administrative function requiring the employment of additional administrative staff, and of course, increased overhead costs. Depending on the project location and type, it is sometimes more cost effective to source these personnel through a company that specializes in providing personnel on a project basis.

Our company, Project Solutions International has extensive experience in the business of providing personnel on a project basis. For clients wishing to follow this option, PSI would provide this service.

Since we are responsible for providing these items, the client is free to concentrate on the project at hand and is not bothered by administrative details, in addition to reducing project overhead costs. In most cases it is also more cost effective for us to provide this services as our overhead is generally much less than that of our clients.

Services We Can Provide
Our monthly rate for the provision or temporary personnel can include as much or as little as you require. For example, some clients prefer for us to provide only the employee, whereas others require us to provide the employee and also his accommodation, allowances, local transportation, home leave tickets, etc.

The Way it Works
1. You search our database and find the personnel you are interested in.
2.You tell us who you want and provide project details such as position descriptions, home leave schedules, site allowances to be paid, accommodations, etc. You also tell us what you want us to provide in the rate; i.e. insurance, evacuation, home leave tickets, allowances, transportation, accommodation, meals, etc.
3.We contact the candidates and perform a preliminary interview to determine interest, availability and salary requirements.
4.We prepare a proposal to include a monthly rate and any and all services to be included. We can also arrange for interviews to be held with the candidates at this time. Interviews would be held during conference calls arranged by Expat-solutions.com at times agreed to by both the client and the candidates.
5.Once the monthly rate has been agreed, we send you a contract and begin the mobilization process.
6.Once we receive a signed Agreement, we proceed with the personnel mobilization.
