RECRUITERS
The recruiting business can be a very competitive industry. With the ever growing popularity of the internet this is even more evident and pressure is being placed on an industry that had been, up to now, competitive, but relatively safe.
Project Solutions International recognizes that the increasing popularity of internet recruiting was going to have a large impact on revenue within a very short time, which lead us to develop this site.
Our concept is rather open and we feel that small recruiting companies should have the same chance that large companies do. In order to further this concept we have opened our database to submissions from recruiters that wouldn't otherwise have the resources to develop this type of service.
HOW IT WORKS
Submit your resume database to us for posting in the designated resume format without contact information or the candidate's name. We will provide you with a code numbering system to use at the top of each resume. A non-circumvention agreement and basic contract agreement will be signed by your company and us to guarantee that noone is cut out of the deal and set out payment terms and conditions. Once we receive the resumes, we will post them for search by clients. If a client is interested in a candidate submitted by your company, we will inform you of their interest, and if required by the client, arrange for an interview to be arranged. A representative of expat-solutions.com will be included in any and all interviews and all interviews will be conducted by conference call. Interviews will not include discussions in regard to salary, only position specific information and contract conditions, accommodation, etc. If the client agrees to take the candidate on, then salary negotiations begin between the client and expat-solutions.com. Once an offer has been approved by the candidate, expat-solutions.com will coordinate mobilization of the candidate to the jobsite with both the client and your company.
FEES
There is no fee to post resumes on the website. We only get a fee if we are successful in getting one of your candidates a position. When a client agrees to take on a candidate, expat-solutions will invoice the client the recruiting fee (17% of annual salary (non-members) or 14% of annual salary (members)) and the client will pay the fee before mobilization of the candidate. Expat-solutions.com will then deduct it's service fee (50% of the overall fee charged to the client), and when payment is received, pay your company it's portion of the fee for services (50% of the placement fee).
If PSI recruits one of your candidates for contract assignment work, PSI will pay a fee equal to 8% of the candidate's agreed annual salary (maximum one year), excluding benefits, etc., for assignments of one year or more and a prorated amount for assignments less than one year.
